411 Industries is a locally owned company providing manufacturing, staffing, warehousing, and related operational services from Greeneville, Tennessee. Since 1995, the company has grown by helping businesses manage work that requires additional people, space, equipment, or production capacity.
Today, the 411 organization includes 411 Industries, 411 Services, and 411 Warehousing. Together, these divisions support customers through different stages of their operations while remaining connected by a shared commitment to quality, service, and long-term relationships.
Our History
411 Industries was founded in 1995 by Kyle Reaves. Through his experience in engineering, Kyle recognized that many manufacturers had smaller, labor-intensive jobs that were important to their operations but were not always practical or profitable to complete internally.
411 Industries was established to help meet that need.
The company began with two customers and a small group of part-time and full-time employees from the local community. As customer needs changed, 411 Industries expanded its capabilities to include services such as inspection, sorting, assembly, fabrication, kitting, rework, packaging, and contract manufacturing.
Those early customer relationships helped shape the company’s emphasis on flexibility, dependable work, and lasting partnerships.
We Have Grown
Over the years, 411 Industries has grown beyond its original manufacturing services. We have expanded via our subsiderary companies: 411 Services and 411 Warehousing. This allows us to support a wider range of operational needs.
- 411 Industries provides contract manufacturing, assembly, inspection, fabrication, packaging, and related production services.
- 411 Services focuses on staffing, recruiting, and janitorial services.
- 411 Warehousing provides storage, material handling, labeling, shipping assistance, and local transportation.
The company now operates two manufacturing facilities in Greeneville. Although its capabilities have expanded, 411 remains focused on providing practical support based on the individual requirements of each customer and project.
